We are seeking the services of experienced sales professional to join our team.
As the head of sales, you will be responsible for leading a team the sale team, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence in the country.
Responsibilities
Responsible for formulating an executable annual marketing strategy and promotion plan, and organizing the implementation to complete the annual sales target and ensure payment recovery
Responsible for the construction of Nigeria's marketing network and distribution channels (OT, MT, and E-commerce), Driving nationwide investment attraction, recruiting state agents, and expanding market share;
The establishment of supporting mechanisms for the business and daily operation management, including optimizing the organogram, establishing internal management and appraisal mechanisms, accelerating the standardization process of the sales management.
Sales establishment, optimization and expand team members according to the channel plan.
Sales personnel evaluation through appraisal and training, improve per capita efficiency.
Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
Provide leadership in Nigeria through developing an overall country strategy, delivering an integrated plan across the business and functions, and balancing strategy, financial performance, people and talent, risk management, business conduct, governance, and stakeholder management.
Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals, ensure their completion, and accomplish goals. Ø Maintain an effective relationship with clients and stakeholders.
Provides strong leadership to achieve the business strategy.
Requirements
Must have at least 10+ years experience in sales with at least 4+ years as a manager with cognate experience in the OEM industry.
Proven work experience as a sales Manager, or similar senior sales role.
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) Familiarity with CRM software Must have strong leadership and motivation abilities, with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
Must have strong organizational problem-solving skills.
Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a focus on driving results.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
