Responsibilities
Direct and oversee the Company’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives for the assigned zone/region. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Coordinate and lead the sales team in the assigned region
- Liaise with sales team to ensure that all sales leads and information on prospective clients are followed up promptly
- Assist in sales activities and handling of customer issues
- Maintain market intelligence on industry competition and report accordingly
- Prepare and present product information and proposals to the public and prospective corporate clients on varied services
- Help in developing operational procedures for the marketing team members in the zone and direct the team members towards consistently meeting the monthly/annual sales targets
- Facilitate the planning, implementing and establishment of a sales network throughout the zone
- Mentor, train, encourage, inspire and motivate the sales team in the zone
- Champion the identification and marketing of Legacy Funds in the zone
- Brand Marketing i.e., presentation of the company’s product to potential clients
- Maintaining customer relationship with clients
- Manage company assets in the zone
- Perform other duties as may be directed by Management
Qualifications
- First degree in any discipline from a reputable higher institution
- 10yrs experience with a minimum of 4years in a similar role in the pension industry
