Lead and steer the development and implementation of an aligned (global/region) MU D&S Strategy. Deployment & improvement of local process and standards to improve Cost and Service Level in the region.
Establish an NS Forecast with a rolling 20-month NS forecast in line with the business plan.
Establish an IMS forecast & perform a Demand review in collaboration with distributors, CCMs & relevant commercial stakeholders in key markets to derive a rolling 6-month IMS forecast.
Responsible for monitoring the volume planning of new product launches & challenging the assumptions of marketing & sales.
Ensure robust supply planning to provide sufficient finished goods coverage to support MLU forecast.
Act as the interface between MU Countries, their customers, and Production Centers (PCs)/ 3PMs / other Hubs for all logistics related processes.
Ensure the balanced management of both DIH and Service Level, whilst not limiting the growth potential of the MU.
Your Profile
10 years management experience in Supply Chain, experience in planning desirable.
Regional experience.
Manager of others > 5 people, including remote reporting lines.
Exposed to complexity > 1500 SKUs, multi-country setups, different BPUs, high cultural diversity.
Strong people focus and ability to form, lead and develop teams.
