Job Overview



  • We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

  • The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop strategic plans, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

  • You will be responsible for managing and motivating your team, cultivating relationships with key clients, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, setting performance targets and ensuring they are met.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for FibreWorld’s internet services and solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay competitive.

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to sales team members to enhance performance.

  • Foster relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.

  • Ensure excellent customer service, addressing escalated customer concerns and complaints.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques.


Qualifications and Skills



  • 3 years Proven experience as a Sales Executive preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.

  • Passion for Sales in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance.

  • In-depth knowledge of fibre optic or internet services (preferred but not required).

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
