Job Summary



  • As Evening Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the business during the evening shifts.

  • He / She manages the evening shift staff by providing guidance, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

  • He / She is responsible for addressing any concerns and ensuring that employees adhere to company policies, and procedures.


Job Responsibilities



  • Supervise laundry operations and manage staff effectively.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all laundry needs are met.

  • Address and resolve any issues that arise within the laundry department.

  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.

  • Prepare and submit daily reports on laundry operations.

  • Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and quality.

  • Manage inventory and take stock of available supplies.

  • Liaise with the security personnels to ensure a safe environment.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance of health and safety measures.

  • Ensure quality control of our laundry services.


Education & Experience



  • Must have a B.Sc in any field.

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience working in a laundromat or hospitality sector as a Supervisor.

  • Customer Service attitude.
