Remuneration: 50,000 + commission

Responsibilities:
- An AR Exec is expected to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Find prospective agents and leads.
- Recruit and onboard new agents.
- Maintain relationships with agents and provide support where necessary.
- Track and monitor performance and activity of onboarded agents.
- Ensure onboarded agents maintain consistent transaction performance.
- Prepare and present onboarding reports as required.
- Organization and coordination of all marketing and sales campaigns with other members of the Growth team.
- Carry out analysis of the overall competitive landscape, identifying key markets and trends.
- Any other responsibility laid out by Line Manager or Management.
Requirements:
- OND, HND and BSc in any discipline
- At 0 – 2 years sales experience
- Good communication skills
- Age should not be more than 35 years old.
