Job Description

• We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Officer for a healthy food company with outlets across Lagos.


• The Digital Marketing Officer will promote So Fresh brand and products online and creatively connect with our target audience through various digital channels to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote company brand and products online and creatively connect with our target audience through various digital channels to drive growth


• Increase company’s online visibility, awareness and protect its reputation


• Use insights and performance metrics to increase market penetration and brand equity.

Requirements  Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND qualification in a relevant field


• 2 - 3 years of digital/social media marketing experience


• Experience with a CRM platform is a plus


• Impeccable customer service skills


• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written


• Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude


• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills


• Organized work ethic


• In-depth knowledge of content creation and management on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Telegram, Tiktok , etc., for B2C brands


• Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging content with different mediums – graphics, videos, Reels, etc.,


• Experience with social media content creation tools like Canva, Inshot, etc.,
