Responsibilities



  • Devising highly efficient real estate marketing strategies and using all marketing tools to promote the brand and achieve sales target.

  • Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaigns and sales activities.

  • Maintaining healthy customer relationship with new and existing customers

  • Researching to identify new potential customers and leads.

  • Performing marketing research to identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth-areas, trends, customers, partnership, products and services.

  • Meet monthly sales target as required by the management.

  • Promote and market properties through various channels including Social media, online portals and print media.

  • Coordinate the closing of deals with clients which include site-inspection, ensuring all terms and condition are met by clients and monitoring vital documents exchange and payment.

  • Periodically partcipate in seminars and events to improve on job knowledge and expand network.
