Job Overview



  • The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and promoting FibreWorld’s internet services and solutions. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting potential clients into satisfied customers, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.


Key Responsibilities



  • Actively promote and sell Fibreworld’s FTTH and internet services to retail customers.

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.

  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on our services.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist in customer interactions.

  • Handle post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.


Qualifications and Skills



  • 0-2 years experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.

  • Passion for Sales in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Good knowledge of fibre optic or internet services (preferred but not required).

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
