Job Overview
- The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and promoting FibreWorld’s internet services and solutions. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting potential clients into satisfied customers, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Fibreworld’s FTTH and internet services to retail customers.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on our services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist in customer interactions.
- Handle post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- 0-2 years experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
- Passion for Sales in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of fibre optic or internet services (preferred but not required).
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
