Maintenance & Repairs: Perform preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, coordinate with external repair shops, and maintain accurate records.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure vehicles meet legal and industry standards, assist in regulatory inspections, and ensure roadworthiness.
Driver Support & Training: Provide technical support, guide drivers on proper vehicle operation, and conduct training on routine checks and safe driving practices.
Fleet Management Support: Collaborate to schedule maintenance, minimize downtime, and monitor vehicle performance to predict failures.
Inventory & Spare Parts Management: Track inventory, manage spare parts, and ensure timely procurement to avoid repair delays.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with drivers and management.
Familiarity with safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Organizational skills for managing maintenance schedules and records.
