A vacancy for the position of a Head of Marketing and Business Development exists in a Microfinance Bank with the following prerequisites:

• Candidate must be a female


• Degree in Marketing or Business Management related field.


• Minimum of 5 years prior experience as a Head of Marketing & Business Development unit in a Microfinance Bank.


• Ability to meet set sales targets


• Experience running successful marketing campaigns


• IT and online Marketing skills.


• Experience with CRM software


• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals


• Analytical mind


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Good analytical/critical thinking


• Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage

Remuneration: ₦300,000 plus commission on sales.
