Key Responsibilites
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote properties, attract new clients, and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends within the real estate sector.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and lead-generation targets.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in the company’s branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage and maintain the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
Digital Marketing:
- Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM efforts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and use insights to improve marketing efforts and enhance customer experience.
Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, property showings, and open houses to showcase properties and engage potential clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
Content Creation:
- Develop editorial and content calendars for various media platforms and outlets.
Budget Management:
- Help team leads set, allocate, and monitor budgets for each project.
Campaign Monitoring:
- Review the progress and success of current campaigns, adjusting or proposing new ideas as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the real estate sector
- In-depth knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and target audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
