Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Instagram and YouTube channels, including posting schedules, community engagement, and analytics tracking.
- Create and edit short-form content (Instagram Stories, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube tutorials, vlogs, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with overall brand goals.
- Research current trends in social media and video content to keep our channels fresh and innovative.
- Monitor audience feedback, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust content strategies accordingly to maximize growth.
- Optimize video content for SEO and audience retention on YouTube.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong community on social media.
- Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors as needed for collaborative content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on Instagram and YouTube.
- Creative storytelling abilities with a good eye for detail and design.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SEO and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience in growing social media accounts organically.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights) to track performance and optimize content.
