Responsibilities

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the defense or automotive sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
