Qualification

• Candidates should possess a Diploma in Engineering / High School qualification (Mechanical)

Key Requirements:

• Able to operate angle straightening machine.


• Able to know about tolerances of camber and straightness for Angle profile


• Able to do roller setting of straightening machines for section sizes and profile.


• Good Knowledge about critical operating point of machine operation related to setting of material section size


• Knowledge of general maintenance, machine check point and cleaning work


• Knowledge of safely loading & unloading activity at machine area as per planning.


• Knowledge of measuring instrument of section checking.


• Good practice on maintains good House Keeping in surrounding area including 5S concept


• Good knowledge about equipment Safety and other safety rules with Its effectiveness.


• Core Functional Experience Operating of Angle straightening machine.
