Job Description



PURPOSE


To market and sell the company’s products to existing and potential customers; maintain and ensure customer retention and loyalty; and ensure the execution of the agreed strategies and programs to achieve the company's sales objectives within the territory, area, or region.


THE JOB



  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads

  • Schedule meeting and presentation with customers

  • Create a selling route for all your key distributors

  • Develop wholesalers to key distributors

  • Monitor the sales trend of your customers

  • Monthly market survey

  • Create, Plan, and deliver presentations on company products

  • Track all sales activities and keep current by updating customer’s information regularly

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of customers

  • Develop a strong, ongoing relationship with prospects and customers

  • Meet and/or exceed your monthly target

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales.

  • Ensure the safety of self and others in the line of duty

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management 


THE PERSON MUST  



  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Be able to achieve or exceed the territory’s annual sales target.

  • Have problem solving skills and analytical skills.

  • Have the ability to influence customers to make purchasing decisions.

  • Ensure that all GMP and safety rules are followed 100% of the time.

  • Possess high level of conformance with FSMS.

  • Assist in reducing customers ignorance of the company's brand and products within the territory.


QUALIFICATION



  • BSc/HND in any related discipline.


EXPERIENCE



  • 3 years experience in sales and distribution.
