Our Client is an International School located in Lagos, seeking to employ a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage and oversee the storage, inventory, and distribution of supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of maintaining accurate stock records while ensuring that all materials are properly stored and issued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies and materials.
- Ensure the proper storage and labeling of all items.
- Monitor and reorder supplies when necessary.
- Distribute materials to relevant departments as needed.
- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in inventory management or storekeeping.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
