RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the school.

  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation.

  • Manage communication between staff, parents, and stakeholders.

  • Assist in budget management and financial reporting.

  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and schedules.

  • Support the enrollment process and admissions activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian educational standards.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.

  • Handle correspondence and reports as needed.


REQUIREMENTS:



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of Nigerian educational policies is a plus.
