Roles and Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining an accurate business forecast
- To establish and build business contacts for the industries/sectors we support
- Skilled in negotiation, strategic business development
- Developing and executing sales strategies to gain market share, especially for AMS (Aftermarket Products and Services) and other product lines
- Determination of customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and propose inventory requirements
- Driving revenue generation, budget, forecasting, and achievement of the Country's Sales target.
- Gathering and analyzing market intelligence and sales leads to ensure profitability.
- Selling equipment and after services to various customers in the assigned territory.
- Cultivating new and managing existing accounts and prospects for incremental revenues.
- Ensuring an effective sales organization for enhanced productivity with other parts of the value chain - Global project execution and support.
- Preparation of PAFs(Project Approval Forms)
- Consulting with other support services or departments - operation, supply chain, and account.
- Updating and utilizing sales force and AMS QMI to monitor sales funnel and sales team performance.
