Roles and Responsibilities



  • Acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining an accurate business forecast

  • To establish and build business contacts for the industries/sectors we support

  • Skilled in negotiation, strategic business development

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to gain market share, especially for AMS (Aftermarket Products and Services) and other product lines

  • Determination of customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and propose inventory requirements

  • Driving revenue generation, budget, forecasting, and achievement of the Country's Sales target.

  • Gathering and analyzing market intelligence and sales leads to ensure profitability.

  • Selling equipment and after services to various customers in the assigned territory.

  • Cultivating new and managing existing accounts and prospects for incremental revenues.

  • Ensuring an effective sales organization for enhanced productivity with other parts of the value chain - Global project execution and support.

  • Preparation of PAFs(Project Approval Forms)

  • Consulting with other support services or departments - operation, supply chain, and account.

  • Updating and utilizing sales force and AMS QMI to monitor sales funnel and sales team performance.
