This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources Manager at Women Reform Organization.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
They will also oversee volunteer performance evaluations, training programs, and conflict resolution.
Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to develop HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and values.
