Job Summary



  • Our company is looking for a National Institutional Sales Executive, whose primary responsibility is to drive sales initiatives and operations at a national level within the institutional segment.

  • This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in government institutions, corporates, and dealers to promote the sales of our three-wheeler commercial vehicles.


Responsibilities



  • Monitor market trends, analyse competitors, and facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the three-wheeler industry.

  • Explore emerging markets to discover new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

  • Prepare activation budgets, projections, and expenditures to support sales initiatives.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the features and benefits of our three-wheeler vehicles.

  • Assist in planning and executing BTL activities and demonstrations.

  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Ensure adherence to the achievement of monthly sales targets.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.

  • Represent the organization positively to internal and external partners.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.

  • Provide training and support to junior sales team members.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

  • Monitor sales reach, and plan and implement corrective measures for growth.

  • Support network development and expansion initiatives.


Key Requirements & Qualifications



  • Candidates with a commercial automobile background are preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree or post-graduate certification will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role within the transport industry or a related field.
