Job Summary:


We're seeking an experienced Group HR and Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administration functions across the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with Nigerian labour laws.Key


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies.

  • Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and regulations.

  • Develop compensation, benefits, and reward programs.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (CIPM, CIPD) advantageous,

  • 10+ years of HR management experience, with a strong understanding of the Nigerian labour market and regulations.

  • Proven record in talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance.

  • Oil and gas industry experience required.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
