Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies.
- Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
- Develop compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (CIPM, CIPD) advantageous,
- 10+ years of HR management experience, with a strong understanding of the Nigerian labour market and regulations.
- Proven record in talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Oil and gas industry experience required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
