We are looking for an NYSC Corps Member to join our Operations Department as Technical Support. The ideal candidate should have experience in printer maintenance and related technical support roles. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team, ensuring the proper functionality of technical systems and equipment, with a special focus on printers and office hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing day-to-day technical support for office equipment, particularly printers and related hardware.


• Assist in Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving printer and peripheral issues.


• Assist in Performing routine maintenance on office printers, scanners, and copiers to prevent downtime.


• Assist in Ensuring proper installation and configuration of printers across the organization.


• Assist in Monitoring printer performance, manage ink/toner levels, and handle repairs or service requests when needed.


• Assist in Maintaining a log of printer-related issues and maintenance activities.


• Assist with troubleshooting other IT-related issues such as network connectivity, computer systems, and software.


• Assist in Providing technical support to staff, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.


• Help with the installation and setup of new hardware and office equipment.


• Assist in Ensuring all devices are functioning optimally and provide user training as required.

Requirements:

• NYSC Corps Member currently serving.


• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


• Experience in printer maintenance and handling technical support roles.


• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and IT systems support.


• Basic understanding of networking and computer systems.
