  • Motivating distributors and wholesalers to buy consistently and maximally within assigned zones.

  • Develop new business by identifying potential distributors and wholesalers.

  • Ensure effective coverage of assigned zone.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

  • Inform customers about company policies, and teach customers about our product benefits.

  • Ensure timely collection of customer outstanding, which should be in cheques and bank teller.

  • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.

  • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process.
