Job Summary



  • We are building a new QA Automation team and are seeking up to five (5) experienced SDET Engineers to join our innovative team.

  • Our focus is on developing tools for long-term care and final care insurance plans, and we have several applications, including web and mobile apps, planned over the next 6-12 months.

  • These applications will enable insurance agents to efficiently input insurance plans and sign up customers.

  • As an SDET Engineer, you will play a key role in automating the testing process, ensuring quality delivery, and collaborating with QA and development teams to ensure the success of our automation efforts.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Selenium.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies for web and mobile applications.

  • Develop automation frameworks and integrate them into the development pipeline using Java or C#.

  • Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated within the AWS Cloud environment.

  • Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

  • Support the migration from MySQL to NoSQL databases in testing.

  • Review and analyze system specifications, working closely with the development team to ensure high-quality standards.

  • Investigate test failures and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.

  • Participate in designing and implementing automation frameworks and test environments.

  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize quality.


Required Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, or in a related software testing role.

  • Strong experience with test automation using Selenium.

  • Proficiency in Java or C# development.

  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

  • Experience working in an AWS Cloud environment.

  • Knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases.


Bonus Skills:



  • Familiarity with Typescript and JavaScript.

  • Experience working in agile development environments.


Required Soft Skills:



  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
