Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and configuration of access control systems, including hardware setup, software integration and network configuration


• Collaborate with clients to customize access control settings suitable to their needs


• Test installed system to ensure functionality and performance meets standard


• Perfore routine maintenace


• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems by applying technical expertise


• Provide on-site support for installations, configurations or repairs


• Track, priortize and resolve technical suupport issues as defined by SLA


• Collaborate with other support team and escalate complex issues

Requirements

• ND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.


• Experience with access control systems


• Familiarity with common access control software platforms


• Proficiency in diagnosing and trouble shooting access control hardware and software


• Understand networking concepts


• Strong communication and inter-personal skill


• High level of accuracy and attention to details


• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is a plus.
