Lead Generation:
- Create targeted marketing campaigns tcapture high-quality leads through various digital channels.
- Use data analytics and customer insights trefine targeting and improve lead-generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team tensure leads are effectively handed over for conversion.
Social Media Management and Growth:
- Engage and grow our social media handles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating and curating content that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.

Community Building and Management:
- Create and nurture a vibrant online community of travelers and customers whengage regularly with the brand.
- Manage online groups, forums, and communities, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging member interaction.
- Organize virtual events, webinars, and discussions tengage community members and keep them active.
- Address community feedback and concerns, using insights timprove products, services, and marketing strategies.
Social Media/ Online Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies tmaximize ROI and achieve lead generation and sales goals.
- Stay updated on the latest social media ad trends and best practices tensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
- Implement automated email marketing and retargeting strategies tnurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Follow up on leads via email, phone calls, and digital channels tqualify and convert them intsales.
- Work closely with the sales team tprovide them with qualified leads and support them in closing deals.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and manage content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and the company website tattract and engage potential clients.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s brand and resonates with the target audience.
- Regularly update the company’s digital platforms with fresh and relevant content.
Revenue Growth:
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Reporting and Analysis:

Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and the travel industry.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, customer service, and product teams tensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel industry.
- Proven experience in generating and converting leads through digital channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media accounts and online communities.
