Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including, but not limited to, networking, referrals, online platforms, travel expos, and industry events.
- Ability ttrack and manage leads, ensuring a consistent and thorough approach tlead management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams tdevelop and implement strategies for attracting potential *customers.
Lead Nurturing and Follow-up:
- Engage with leads through personalized communication, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
- Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings tconvert leads intclients.
- Provide detailed travel advice and present customized travel solutions that meet the client's requirements.
Sales Conversion and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals with new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients tencourage repeat business and referrals.
- Offer upsell and cross-sell opportunities tenhance the value of bookings and drive additional revenue.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies toptimize sales outcomes.
- Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation tclosing, ensuring a significant contribution trevenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized, high-quality service.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly tensure a positive customer experience.
- Keep clients informed of new travel offers, promotions, and updates relevant ttheir interests.
Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and products.
- Attend training sessions, webinars, and industry events tcontinuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge teducate clients and recommend suitable travel options.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other members of the sales team and other departments tensure seamless service delivery.
- Share insights and feedback with the marketing team thelp refine lead-generation strategies.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute tthe overall sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry.
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and visa processing is a significant advantage.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with the ability tbuild lasting relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
- Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated: Highly driven, with the ability twork independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability tquickly adapt tnew situations, challenges, and technologies. MUST be able twork under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
