Set and implement policies and procedures for Sales
Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
Assist in the recruitment and training of company Sales Executives to aid the development of their skills and competencies
Increase the value of current customers while also attracting new ones
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing Customers
Follow up on new business opportunities, establish contact with potential Customers and schedule business meetings
Communicate the development of new products to existing and prospective Customers
Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support to Customers
Send proposals and pitch to prospective Customers
Direct and Co-ordinate the operations of Sales Executives to ensure compliance with sales objectives and procedures
Resolve discrepancies with the Customer before order entry
Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and promote products effectively.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams on product specifications, usage, and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in paint technology.
Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue achievement, sales pipeline, and market share growth.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs.
Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to meet their targets.
Manage risks And all other tasks assigned by the National Sales Manager.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A bachelor’s degree and a Professional qualification
MSc/MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5-8 years cognate experience preferably at an Assistant Manager Level in the paint manufacturing industry.
