JOB DESCRIPTION 

• We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented


• Field Marketer to join our sales and marketing team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on-the-ground marketing activities, fostering relationships with dealerships and customers, and driving vehicle sales through direct promotional efforts.


• This role demands excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in various field environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Implement and participate in field marketing campaigns to promote all our products.


• Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items, to support sales efforts.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, sales teams, and other key stakeholders.


• Serve as a liaison between the company and dealership personnel.


• Analyse field marketing activities to assess their effectiveness and impact on sales.


• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, setup, and teardown.


• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.


• Identify potential leads and facilitate introductions to the sales team.


• Assist in closing sales by providing product information and addressing customer inquiries.


• Maintain detailed records of field marketing activities, expenses, and results.


• Prepare regular reports on the outcomes of field marketing campaigns.


• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving field marketing strategies and tactics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 1/2 year(s) experience in field marketing


• Basic understanding of automotive products, industry trends, and market dynamics.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
