Job Summary
- As the Direct Sales Manager in the renewable energy sectpr, you will oversee sales operations, lead the sales team, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Your focus will be on promoting solar energy solutions and related products to residents and community Arears.
- You will guide the team through creating actionable sales plans, ensuring compliance with the company's evaluations process.
Community Action Planning:
- Identify and list communities that require renewable energy solutions monthly.
- Ensure targeted communities align with company sales goals and strategies.
Sales Strategy &Volume Estimation:
- Develop and assign estimated sales targets for each community bases on market research and historical data.
- Evaluate local demand for solar energy solutions and set reaslistic goals for each sales officer.
Team Leadership & coordination:
- Lead, mentor and manage performance of the direct sales teams to meet monthly sales target.
- Conduct regular training and sales reviews with the team to ensure they are aligned with company goals.
Sales Support & Execution:
- Propose necessary support tools for sales personnel, ensuring they have adequate resources to close deals.
- work closely with marketing and technical teams to optimize sales tools and materials.
Performance Evaluation:
- Evaluate the performance of each sales officer monthly based on sales figures, and take corrective action where neccessary.
- Drive the teams success within the company's strict timeline for results production,particularly emphasizing immidiate perfomance improvement within one month.
Reporting:
- Provide comprehensive reports to senior management, covering sales performance, market opportunities, and obstacles.
- Track progress against goals and adjust sales tactics based on performance metrics.
