REQUIREMENTS:



  • Minimum of HND,B.Sc.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in customer service system and basic computer skills. 

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Interpersonal relationship skill.

  • Ability to handle multitask. 

  • Product Knowledge.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues.

  • Provide product information and support.

  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Educate customers about products and services, helping them make informed decisions.

  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and address any ongoing issues.

  • Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support.

  • Inform customers about promotions or new products that may meet their needs.
