Job Description

• We urgently needs to recruit a Data Officer who will be responsible for the effective development and maintenance of Data and records in the organization’s SAP database.

Job Roles / Responsibilities

• Compiling, verifying data accuracy and sorting of information to prepare source data


• Generate purchase order for all invoices of transactions within the company.


• Create and maintain register of entered and changed data


• Generate statistical reports based on maintained data on a periodic basis


• Liaise with supervisor regarding incomplete information and completing them.


• Maintain confidentiality with respect to the information received.


• Drafting relevant documents and reports


• Any other duty or responsibility assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.


• 2 - 3 years working experience in a well-structured / reputable organization as a Data Analyst / Officer with experience in Generating and raising of Purchase orders (POs) and the use of SAP.
