  • We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team. 

  • As a Junior Business Development & Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving the company’s revenue growth while building a strong foundation for a successful sales career. 

  • We're looking for who will contribute to our team by developing strategies that increase revenue, develop strong customer relationships, and work closely with senior management to drive growth.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and research potential markets, companies, and partnerships that align with the company’s objectives. Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, email outreach, and attending industry events. Maintain relationships with key decision-makers, offering solutions to meet their needs.

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to prospective clients. Contribute to developing sales targets and action plans for specific market segments.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction. Serve as the point of contact for key accounts, manage inquiries, and offer tailored solutions. Maintain the client database using CRM software.

  • Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide insights to senior management to shape business strategies.

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and report sales metrics regularly. Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback.

  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales objectives align with overall company goals. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in B2B sales.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and generating leads.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market research.

  • Passion for sales and business development with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
