We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team.
As a Junior Business Development & Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving the company’s revenue growth while building a strong foundation for a successful sales career.
We're looking for who will contribute to our team by developing strategies that increase revenue, develop strong customer relationships, and work closely with senior management to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and research potential markets, companies, and partnerships that align with the company’s objectives. Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, email outreach, and attending industry events. Maintain relationships with key decision-makers, offering solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to prospective clients. Contribute to developing sales targets and action plans for specific market segments.
Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction. Serve as the point of contact for key accounts, manage inquiries, and offer tailored solutions. Maintain the client database using CRM software.
Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide insights to senior management to shape business strategies.
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and report sales metrics regularly. Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales objectives align with overall company goals. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in B2B sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and generating leads.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market research.
