Job Description

• We are looking for a professional Mixologist who is skilled in creating and serving custom cocktails and drinks.


• With extensive knowledge about spirits, mixers, and garnishes, as well as a creative flair for creating exciting new drinks.

Duties

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages


• Interact with customers, take orders and suggest drinks


• Maintain the bar area and keep it clean and organized


• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages


• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies


• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience


• Comply with all food and beverage regulations


• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes


• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage


• Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, alcohol and liquor types, flavor profiles and garnish techniques


• Ability to work with a variety of equipment including shakers, blenders, and various other tools


• Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere


• Outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills


• Ability to lift and carry heavy bottles, trays and other equipment


• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Skills:

• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks


• Ability to create innovative and delicious drink combinations
