- We are seeking to hire a graduate trainee with a first degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or Transport Management to join their team.
- The Idea candidate must be an enthusiastic self starter.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
Responsibilities
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
- Data Wiz: Analyse logistics data, handle documentation & filing, and manage inventory.
- Team Support: Assist with dispatch planning, conduct fleet routine checks, and oversee maintenance.
- Stay Organized: Keep logistics records accurate and up-to-date.
- Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
- Compiling reports and making presentations
- Analysing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
- Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
- Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
- Upholding the good name of the company at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- First Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or Transport Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word – all the essentials).
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
