Customer Service Office.

A  Clinic in Lagos Island urgently needs experienced and hardworking candidates to employ as customer service officer. Applicants must be living within the Island and must be able to operate computer very well.

DUTIES:

• Answer incoming calls from customers


• Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues


• Collect copays and deductible payments


• Maintain and update customer and referral information.

REQUIREMENT:

Qualification: HND/BS.c.

Salary: N65,000-80,000 per month.
