Responsibilities: 

Job Duties/ Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all support requests reported are well documented and tracked on issue tracking platform within the shift 


• Ensure all unresolved issues are escalated to the line manager within the agreed TAT 


• Basic support for issues relating to the general use of office equipment and networks which includes: 


• Devices connection issues. 


• Computer software issues (including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, antivirus software, and other software in the company). 


• Wireless Communication Issues. 


• Inventory Maintenance. 


•  Escalate issues unresolved to the Systems Admin/ Network Admin within the TAT specified. 


• All other tasks assigned by the Head of Department. 

Educational & Professional Requirements 

• Internship, OND Computer Science or relevant certifications and training 


• Competencies & Skills 


• Strong Communication skills. Must be articulate. 


• Average networking skills 


• Average analytical skills 


• Average troubleshooting skills 


• Low Average computer operations and OS skills. 


• Low Average server configuration and management skills.
