- Background in international education recruitment or marketing
- University education
- Fluency in English
- The ability to communicate well (both written and spoken) with range of audiences.

- Flexibility with working hours including working over weekends when required.
- To be IT literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience of customer relationship management software (particularly Salesforce)
- An appreciation of different cultures and working styles.
