Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented Printing Technician/Modeler with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in printing processes and modeling skills, enabling them to produce high-quality printed materials and prototypes.


• This role requires attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with design teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 3D printers (FDM, SLA, and other types) to ensure smooth operation and high-quality production of 3D-printed parts.


• Manage material loading, calibration, and troubleshooting of printing equipment to achieve optimal performance.


• Post-process printed items, including sanding, polishing, and cleaning resin prints to meet quality standards.


• Conduct quality control for printed products, ensuring they meet specifications and are free from defects.


• Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and specifications, ensuring all models and printed materials meet quality expectations.


• Set up and manage printing jobs by interpreting job orders, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring proper material usage.


• Monitor print quality during production runs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printing and modeling equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical Degree or certification in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.


• 2 to 5 years of experience as a printing technician or modeler, with hands-on experience in both areas.


• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting 3D printing equipment and modeling software (e.g., CAD, 3D modeling).


• Strong understanding of various printing processes and technologies, including color management and print finishing techniques.


• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Basic computer skills for job tracking and equipment management.
