  • Must be able to prepare varieties of continental dishes.

  • Hardworking, diligent, with positive energy.

  • Must be physically fit.

  • Monitor stock / inventory levels and place orders when there are shortages to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned after use and that all areas are clean and orderly.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure regular customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain equipment according to specifications.

  • Maintain recipe logs and meet production quotas.

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years experience.

  • Must be innovative, smart and a team player.

  • Must have a valid BOSIET or HUET certification.
