Job Purpose



  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growth and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the plant.

  • Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including networking, headhunting, and using recruitment databases.

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

  • Database Management: Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings and manage applicant tracking systems.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Technology: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
