Job Profile:



  • As a Distribution Sales Executive at DreamWorks, you will be a key player in expanding our market reach and driving sales of our diverse range of products.

  • This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners, contributing to the company's growth.

  • Candidate must have good experience to deepen market engagement in Laptops | Phones | Accessories and Power volume sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:



  • Drive sales of DreamWorks products through effective distribution channels.

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors and retailers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.


Market Analysis:



  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product distribution.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance distribution strategies.


Targets and Reporting:



  • Set and achieve sales targets for assigned regions.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, including performance analysis and market feedback.

  • Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


Relationship Management:



  • Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and other partners to ensure effective product placement and visibility.

  • Provide training and support to partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by distribution partners promptly.


Promotions and Marketing:



  • Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing teams.

  • Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.

  • Support partners in executing marketing initiatives at the distribution level.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in distribution sales, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales analytics tools.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
