We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Pharmacist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Analyze market dynamics to identify business opportunities and customer demands.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and health care sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create pitches tailored to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising and promotional materials.
Provide internal teams with up-to-date product knowledge and train internal staff and sales and marketing staff.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years experience in pharmaceutical space
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving growth.
Strong hospital and demand-generation/hospital promotion experience.
Strong intellectual, analytical and communication skills.
