Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
- Supervise the implementation of telecommunications projects, including network expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology deployments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Participate in project planning and strategy sessions, contributing ideas and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including familiarity with network technologies, equipment, and service offerings.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
