Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Process billing transactions, including invoicing, payment collection, and account adjustments.
Maintain accurate customer records and billing information in the system.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency.
Provide clear and effective communication regarding billing inquiries, account statuses, and payment options.
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
Assist in training new team members on customer service and billing processes.
Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service and billing.
