Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.


• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.


• Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, fit, and alignment with company culture.


• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.


• Job Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify talent pools and inform recruitment strategies.


• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.


• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as needed.


• Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the companys brand through various channels and recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• 3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.


• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
