We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Representative and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our tech education services, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate, manage client interactions, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell Blue Algorithm Technologies’ products and services to schools, businesses, and individuals.
- Identify new sales opportunities and prospects through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales deals and contracts to achieve favorable terms for the company.
- Marketing Activities:
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products and services or improvements in existing ones.
- Engage in content creation, including flyers, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Manage and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide product training and support to clients where necessary.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to management.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contract details.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Qualification:
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Language Requirement:
- Must be fluent in Hausa and English, both written and spoken.
- Residency Requirement:
- Must reside in Jos, Plateau State.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with technology and education sectors is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
