Responsibilities:

• Develop machine learning algorithms to support data-driven decision-making in real estate


• Build and deploy AI models for property valuation, market trends, and customer segmentation.


• Design predictive models for property value forecasting and market trends.


• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.


• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.


• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).


• Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling


• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure and deployment.


• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
