The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing project activities at the field level, working directly with beneficiaries, community leaders, and other stakeholders. The role includes monitoring progress, reporting, and ensuring the effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field assessments and surveys to gather data.
Facilitate program activities and ensure compliance with project plans.
Liaise with community members and local authorities to enhance engagement.
Monitor the distribution of resources and support the logistics team.
Prepare field reports and update management on challenges or success stories.
Ensure compliance with YPHO’s policies, particularly in protection and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, or related field.
1-3 years of field experience, preferably with a humanitarian organization.
